Service Guide
Please note
- The minimum order is 50,000 yen.
- We accept orders exclusively from companies. Individual users are not eligible for our services.
- You can not pick up equipment yourself. Our rentals always include delivery.
- Bookings can be made in English. However, if you require English-speaking delivery staff or engineer, please request them in advance.
How to Use
To provide a quotation, we need the following information by email or video call.
We can set up a video meeting with you in English or Japanese.
- Event date
- Details of the venue (address, including floor and store name)
- Event title
- Time schedule
- Delivery time, Pick up time
- Rehearsal schedule
- Event schedule - Delivery route details (for example parking lots, elevators)
- Services or equipment you require
When a reservation is completed, you will receive confirmation and an invoice by email. Please check it thoroughly. We do not provide booking confirmation verbally.
Payment Terms
We require full payment or a deposit in advance to complete your reservation.
