MUSICAL DOG SOUND, located in Tokyo, offers DJ gear with audio equipment rentals with delivery and set-up for events. An experienced English-speaking coordinator can provide full support for your event.

DJ gear rentals are only available when used with a PA system. We currently do NOT offer rentals for DJ gear alone; please ensure to use it with a PA system.

Please note

  • The minimum order is 50,000 yen.
  • We accept orders exclusively from companies. Individual users are not eligible for our services.
  • You can not pick up equipment yourself. Our rentals always include delivery.
  • Bookings can be made in English. However, if you require English-speaking delivery staff or engineer, please request them in advance.


How to Use

To provide a quotation, we need the following information by email or video call.
We can set up a video meeting with you in English or Japanese.

  • Event date
  • Details of the venue (address, including floor and store name)
  • Event title
  • Time schedule
    - Delivery time, Pick up time
    - Rehearsal schedule
    - Event schedule
  • Delivery route details (for example parking lots, elevators)
  • Services or equipment you require

When a reservation is completed, you will receive confirmation and an invoice by email. Please check it thoroughly. We do not provide booking confirmation verbally.



Payment Terms

We require full payment or a deposit in advance to complete your reservation.
