How to Use
To make a reservation, we need the following information by email or phone, after which we will send you a quotation:
- Event date
- Details of the venue (address, including floor and store name)
- Event title
- Time schedule
- Delivery time, Pick up time
- Rehearsal schedule
- Event schedule
- Delivery route details (for example parking lots, elevators)
- Services or equipment you require
If you require sound systems, we need some additional information:
- Venue capacity
- Event details to allow us to estimate the number of microphones, speakers, and staff
When a reservation is completed, you will receive confirmation and an invoice by email. Please check it thoroughly. We do not provide booking confirmation verbally.
