メモ： 長年、 お世話になっているHUGEさんの オープニングイベントです。どのお店も個性的でかっこいいです。 商業施設の搬入経路は複雑です。 事前にしっかり下見を行い、 綿密なプランを立てています。
Tokyo Station, one of the largest train stations in the world, features a sprawling shopping complex that resembles a labyrinth. It’s hard to believe that anyone could know every corner of this massive facility. Our venue for this event was Osteria IL VIAGGIO, an Italian restaurant operated by the well-known eatery chain HUGE, located within the mall. We provided a PA system, lighting, and a stage for the band performance and speeches by the chain’s executives. Although the venue was quite spacious, our area for the sound system was limited due to the hundreds of guests eager to enjoy the new restaurant. However, after an on-site meeting, I developed a sophisticated floor layout that allowed me to successfully execute the project.
